Lee Stafford Frizz Off

Hair is normally one of the first things someone notices about you when you first meet, so you always want it looking on fleek then, don't you?! Frizziness has always been a huge issue with my hair, so you can imagine how fast I jumped at the chance to test out Lee Stafford's Frizz Off shampoo and conditioner! *

Having frizzy hair requires a lot of work and also a lot of trying out different products to see if they make any difference. I have always loved the Lee Stafford products that I've tried before, so I was full of hope that the Frizz Off range would work and boy did it! I was left with super smooth, soft importantly, frizz free hair! Normally, only this level of silkiness has been achieved from having professional blow dries, which does become costly so it is so nice to be able to achieve the same thing at home.

The shampoo itself is an odd one and not like any other I've tried before. It actually feels quite drying on your hair when you're using it and I know this sounds completely mad as it's shampoo but it does! Saying this, your hair does feel clean and you do still get a bit of foam even though it is sulphate and sodium free - two things which can be harsh on your hair and upset the natural moisture balance of your scalp.

In contrast, the conditioner feels so super creamy and moisturising, which is hands down what you want and need for frizz prone hair! This is also one conditioner that you apply all over your hair - yes the roots too! I was kind of nervous to use it on my roots, as my hair does get greasy super quickly and of course you are always told to only put conditioner on the mid-lengths to the ends. However, I didn't need to worry in the slightest, as it washes out so well and easily and didn't make my hair greasy or heavy in the slightest - in fact I even got an extra day without washing!

After using both of these products, I used my normal heat protect spray and blow dried around a barrel brush like normal and even before it was fully dry I could see the difference, especially to the underneath parts of my hair which is normally the worst part. When it was fully dry, it felt so smooth and silky and hair-flipable (is that even a word?!) and so healthy and shiny, something which it hasn't looked for a while.

As they are part of the Pink Collection from Lee Stafford, they are of course in the bright pink bottles, white text and of course the very cute dog logo! I always love the packaging, it just looks girly and classy and add a bit of an upmarket feel to my bathroom selves. I honestly can't wait to wash my hair again with the Frizz Off Shampoo and Conditioner and have the super smooth and frizz free hair I have always wanted. I think I may even combine it with the Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment, which I have blogged about before and buy the Frizz Off Blow Dry Smoothing Spray to make it even more smooth!

I think I am also going to try out some more of the products that Lee Stafford does - I am especially interested in CocoLoco range (hello, it contains coconut oil!!) and the Fix It range to help with those pesky split ends. Actually, saying this, I think I just want to try EVERYTHING!

Have your tried anything from Lee Stafford and what did you think of it?
Love Laura x
