Barry M Speedy Nail Paint

If you are a regular reader of my blog or you follow me on instagram, you will know that I love having my nails painted but I always do it myself - not really a fan of having someone else to it for me when I know I can do it! Out of all the nail polish brands I have tried, I have always found that Barry M is the best as they have such a huge range of colours and finishes and also they seem to stay on the longest - even with me being around horses all the time! That is why I was so excited to try out their quick dry polishes. Now, I know these have been out a while but I have only just got round to blogging about them! The two polishes I got were 'Eat My Dust' and 'Lap Of Honour'

'Eat My Dust' is a pale blue colour and 'Lap Of Honour' (ring finger) is a pale lavender colour. These are both such gorgeous pastel shades and would suit any skin tone. They also go perfectly together as you can see! One thing I will say is that you do need about 3 coats of each to completely cover your nail and also to get the full effect of the colour. I do love the brush as it is more square and flat so it seems to fit to the shape of your nail easier. It also doesn't get overloaded with the polish meaning you get a more even layer of colour. Now, the real question is, does it dry any quicker? Bit of a hard one to be honest. I have used these polishes quite a few times and the drying length seems to vary each time. Over all I would say they dry slightly quicker than regular polishes but wouldn't say it is a massive difference. However they still win me over with the colours and also the staying power - it stayed on around 4 days without chipping even after my hands were exposed to all weathers and going in and out of water.

Have you tried these polishes? What did you think of them?

Felder Felder

I admit, I'm not much of a designer clothes type girl, I much prefer the high street stores but one of my favourite catwalk shows to watch each year has to be Felder Felder and although London Fashion Week was a while ago now, their show was too good not to blog about. For anyone who either hasn't heard of Felder Felder or just doesn't know much about them, it is London based fashion brand launched by identical sisters Annette and Daniela Felder in 2006/2007. The brand is know for it's elegant yet edgy designs, meaning it is feminine without being too girly and having a rock 'n' roll edge. The brand has become known for their skimpy dresses, studded leather and use of opposites and contrast. These are defiantly some of the things that draws me to the brand, as I love the rock 'n' roll grungy yet girly look!

One of my absolute favourite pieces from their collection shown at London Fashion Week from Febuary 2015 was this gorgeous dress - I am so in love with it! Inspired by Ibiza and using an updated bohemian aesthetic with a graceful edge but still keeping the edgy look, this dress sums up their entire collection. This dress especially is something you could wear backstage at a gig without standing out too much. I also love the colour of this, as it has such a summery feel to it and the flowy skirt adds to this.
Below I have included some of the other looks from their catwalk show.

Felder Felder is defiantly one brand I would absolutly love to wear and own if it weren't for the price tag! That dress especially, I would do anything to wear just once - it is that gorgeous! I have to say this does pretty much goes for their entire website too.

Music Review - Miranda Amess

This is my very first music review and honestly I'm a little nervous about posting, as it is something I haven't done before!

Mr Blanc Teeth Whitening

One thing I have unfortunately never had is those sparkling white teeth that everybody lusts after - not even as young child. As you can guess it is something I have always wanted but never had the funds to have anything done at a dentist, where I absolutly hate going! Therefore, I was so happy to receive a 2 week supply of Mr. Blanc*.

Coachella Fashion Lust List

With Coachella about to take place, it seemed to right time to create a little lust list of some of the items I would wear/take if I were going. Keep reading to see it all...

These are just some of the pieces I would take as they are defiantly festival ready and as you can see Missguided, Topshop and Boohoo have some of the best things! I have never been to Coachella but hope to some day after all, it is known for having some of the best fashion of all the festivals. Also it has that laid back feel to it but still looks amazing and most of all fun! Oh, and it's in America one of the places I'm dying to go to anyway!

Have you been or going? What would you wear?

Spray-in Hair Colour Chalk

Pastel hair is still going strong and this spray-in hair chalk colour from Superdrug is a great way to experiment without the permanent effects of normal hair dye and also it doesn't damage your hair in any way. This chalk comes in pink, purple and blue and it did show up on my hair colour, which is light brown colour. As my hair is quite long, I couldn't do this on my own so I did have to get my sister to help, but apart from this it was easy to use as you only have to spray it onto dry, clean hair. As it is a chalk, it does have to be 'set' with hair spray and this defiantly does make it last, so make sure you style your hair before you add the colour. I loved the shade of the purple chalk and it looked good against my natural hair colour.

It just brushes out at the end of the day, so there is absolutely no commitment at all, you can't even tell you had a colour in your hair! One thing I would like with this spray in hair chalk is for the can to be slightly bigger - it is only tiny and I pretty much used the entire can on only the bottom half of my hair, so Superdrug please can you do this?!

I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who wants to try the pastel hair trend but don't want the commitment - you could try all 3 colours in one style if your feeling brave! I can't wait to get my hands on the other colours!

What do you think? Something you would try?

Warehouse's Urban Garden Party

While I was in Manchester on Saturday, I also attended Warehouse's Urban Garden Party which was held in their Arndale store. It would have been silly not to go seeing as I was already there and with the other bloggers I'd met that day!
Basically, this was a summer event to showcase their new SS fashion in store and also give the people on the guest list 20% off any purchases made in store on the day. So, although it was an 'open-to-all' event, if you signed up before hand on their website you got the offer. There was also a gift, which was a gorgeous plant, to anyone who spend over £70. Also in store, you could get your hair styled by Toni&Guy where they had the choice of around 6 different styles to chose from. I can't forget the selfie wall either! I have to say, this is where I did spend most of my time with all the lovely bloggers I met, taking photos and just generally have a chat.

With the lovely Lauren aka Fashion Panic
While I didn't buy anything, it was nice to have a look around the store as it is somewhere I don't normally look in, but they do defiantly have some gorgeous pieces. I think this is somewhere I am going to have a look at in future - maybe when it's not quite as busy!

If you are close to either Trinity Leeds, Dublin King Street or Belfast Victoria Square, you can sign up on Warehouse website to attend and get you exclusive treats.
