Gone Dark With Under Armour

Just take a moment and think about all the professional athletes there are around the world and the amount of training they do. Then think about what time they get up in the morning, the weather they face, the amount of hours they train and the lack of 'social life' they have, all for the dedication to their sport.

I was challenged by Under Armour to 'Go Dark' on social media for 3 whole days meaning no posting, no selfies, no check-ins - nothing! I was to use this extra time to train and put 'sweat before social' with no distractions and show you what it truly takes to take sports seriously and dedicate so much time to the dark moments - be they very early mornings/late nights or not posting on social media. Hands up who remembers the time when wearing sportswear outside the gym was seen as weird? I know I do, but now it is seen as socially acceptable and totally chic to rock your yoga pants and sweatshirt to pretty much anywhere!

Look paler than normally in that selfie you just took?

This is probably because your foundation or moisturizer has too much SPF in it - normally a good thing. If you know you are going to be taking photos, keep an SPF-free product on hand to combat this
