#LipGlamUK - The Multipurpose Moisturiser

I'm like a kid a Christmas whenever I receive a new product -after all, isn't this what blogging is all about?! Finding and trailing new products that you can go on to adore? The #LipGlam* lip balm I recently received is defiantly no exception to this. It is also one of the products that are in this new concept of multipurpose moisturisers, meaning it can be used for more than one beauty 'problem'.

I have been using this for about 2 months, so I could give it a fair trail and I have been so pleased with it! I have been using this constantly in this time, mainly as a lip balm, as I spend so much time outside in this 'glorious' British weather we have meaning that it has stopped me getting dry, chapped lips. It also lasts for the 8hours it claims to, even when I have had lunch I haven't felt the need to touch up. #LipGlam also makes a perfect primer for under lipsticks and also under mascara. It doesn't feel sticky or thick when applying as some lip balm products can - this is one of the main things I love about it.

The tube in which it comes in is beautiful but simple. The gold lid and detailing make it stand out in my makeup bag and it doesn't have too much info cluttering it up, only what you need to know. #LipGlam is also the perfect size to carry around and also, with the screw lid, you don't have to worry about it suddenly opening in your bag. You can use as much or as little as you like, with the slanted tip, you squeeze out your desired amount and apply. This product can be slightly hard at times, so either put it in some hot water for 1min or keep rubbing between your hands to warm it up.

I have to admit, I have become addicted to this product these winter months, I have even used it on dry skin patches and it has given them the moisture back it was lacking before. Oh, and how can I forget to mention, it is 100% British! It is always good to support British companies. It also uses natural products and contain lanolin. This is one of natures finest oil's which helps the skin to hold moisture. It can also be used by those of you who have sensitive skin as it has been dermatologically tested.

#LipGlam may seem a little pricy at £9.99 for 12ml, but a little really does go a long way and also it can do the job of so many different products, so in reality it would save you money, as you don't have to buy so many others.

What do you think of #LipGlam? Something you want to try if you haven't already?

Music Series

This is the first series I have done and I have decided to do it on something completely different to what I normally post about, so I have chosen music.
Music is something we can all relate to in someway and it is pretty much everywhere, therefore I though it would be something that anyone can read and, like I said, it is something I have never really spoken about before on my blog.

Would love any help/opinions/ideas to what I should feature in this series - let me know in the comments or over on Twitter!

Topshop Lingerie

As you know, I love buying lingerie and honestly you can never have too much of it! While I was browsing the sale in Topshop, I can across their lingerie and this is something I have never looked at before. I got 2 pairs of their Brazilian knickers - at only £2 a pair it would have been silly not to!

The lace is simply gorgeous and so soft, making them comfortable to wear while still having a little bit of sexiness to them. I also love the different coloured elastic on the waistband, as it is such a contrast to the lace and also you don't get that many knickers which come in this design, so they are something a little different.

They are super comfy to wear, although I would say that the sizes are a little on the small size, so I would recommend getting the next size up to what you may normally - something I sort of wish I had done, but then again, it was the first time I'd shopped at Topshop for lingerie - lesson learnt!

Have you bought lingerie from Topshop before? What did you think?

F.B.L Quick Tip #23

Apply dry shampoo the night before, but don't rub it in. As you sleep, you will rub it in naturally - waking up with totally refreshed, voluminous hair!

Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray

I have heard a lot of good things about the Fudge Urban range, but have never tried anything until now. The Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray is hard to miss on the shelf! The pink and orange can is bright and colourful - it defiantly caught my eye - this is what originally made me pick it up. I also love the fact that it says on the can it is scented. I did think when I was buying this if it actually would smell of iced raspberry and vanilla and I can confirm, it defiantly does. Although this scent sounds quite sweet, it's actually really nice and not too overpowering and the scent lasts for hours!

I have very fly-away hair, so I normally have to use quite a bit of hairspray to hold any up-do in place, but with this I only have to use a small amount and my hair stays in place for hours. It also doesn't have the straw like, stiff feel that a lot of hairsprays give and it is easy to brush out at the end of the day. This hairspray also does help with frizz slightly, but I don't feel this is really important for the product that it is. As long as it keeps my hair in place I'm happy!
I LOVE this hairspray and after trying it I don't think I could use any other. I love the smell of it, instead of the overpowering 'hairspray' smell you normally get that leaves you having a coughing fit. (Or is this just me?) I can't wait to try some of the other products Fudge Urban has to offer.

Have you tried this hairspray or any other Fudge Urban products?
