Liquor N Poker Wish List
I haven't done a wish list post since I first started my blog at the start of the year and I thought it was about time I did another, especially since it is in collaboration with Liquor N Poker. This a high quality, authentic street denim company that have products that can be worn all day everyday and fit in with whatever trend is around at the time.
As soon as I saw these jeans I feel in love! The lilac wash is amazing and quite unusual as I have never seen jeans this colour before. The colour also gives them a distressed feel to them and combined with the ripped knees, these are bang on trend right now! I feel they lend themselves to a rock chick/with-the-band look - which is the kind of look I tend to wear - and with them being skinny jeans, it makes them so easy to style up and down depending on the occasion.
I would wear the Skinny Rib Crop Tee from Topshop with these jeans. Mainly because it is black, going in with the with-the-band look, and also it means that is not distracting from the colour of the jeans. Also as it is a crop, you can show a little bit of skin without it being too much.
This Warehouse Rib Sleeve Biker Jacket is the perfect cover up for this look! It has the rock chick feel to it, as most leather jackets do, and everyone knows that denim and a black leather jackets is the perfect, easy outfit to wear and style. I love the rib detail on the sleeves and with it being a cropped jacket, it will defiantly show of the jeans.
I would team this outfit with my trusty white Converse. These just go with any outfit and seeing as a lot of this outfit is black, they will add a bit of colour without it being too much. Converse also still fit with the theme of this, so they are perfect!
For accessories, I would choose this Silver tone twisted chain body harness from River Island. I would wear this under the T-Shirt, so only the bottom half would be shown, as it is a crop top. It is such a cheeky way to show off a piece of jewellery!
What do you think of the outfit? Something you would wear and do you think it fits in with the rock chick/with-the-band look I was after?

The Designer Storming Festivals
If you were following the fashion goings on at Glastonbury, then you will have definatly seen the gorgeous leather jackets with hand painted punk slogans and embellished detailing. Everyone from Fearne Cotton to singer Chloe Howl were seen rocking these custom made jackets and after a lot of internet searching I have found the designer!
These amazing creations are made by new London designer Hannah Beth Fincham. She is defiantly the girl to go to if you want a hand customised one-off piece!
With studs, hand-painted images and image motifs, these leather jackets will surly make you the envy of your friends. They are also so eye catching and completely different to anything I have ever seen before - and as we all know, finding the perfect leather jacket is hard enough on it's own never mind a customised one! They are an investment buy, but you can guarantee everyone will be asking you about it.
Hannah also has a collection of slogan sweatshirts and T-shirts, which are just as gorgeous and perfect for festivals!
Make sure you check out her website at www.hannahbethfincham.com , you wont regret it!

Kate Moss for Topshop
Finally, after 4 years, the supermodel that is the one and only Kate Moss has launched her new collection for Topshop. This is one of the high street fashion worlds most highly anticipated collection of the year and is full of festival-inspired clothing - just in time for all those festival coming up!
Channelling a seventies look along with Kate's signature laid back, rock 'n' roll look, this collection has something for everyone. There is also a massive nod to vintage as a lot of the items have fringing and sequins included. This is all said to have been inspired by what is in Kate's own wardrobe and things she enjoys wearing. This is shown especially in the fringed jacket which is said to have been inspired by the jacket she has worn to Rolling Stones concerts - also know as her 'gigging jacket'.

The launch was held at the Oxford Street Topshop store where crowds were literally filling the streets to see the supermodel. Of course the model/designer took to the stage looking every inch the supermodel! Wearing a black and gold shimmery pant suit and the highest heels known to woman seemed overwhelmed by the response to the launch. Smiling and waving on stage, she was joined by Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw where she said "I just want everyone to find something they love to wear." Just before leaving she added "Happy shopping!"
One of my favourite pieces from this collection is the Long Fringe Tassel Dress. This is something that can be worn so easily but is still stand out with fringe - a good way to update the classic LBD. Also, as it does have the long fringing, accessories aren't required as it would look too much - keep it simple with this and let the dress do that talking! It also gives a nod towards the rock 'n' roll look Kate Moss it known for.

Leather Jackets
My go-to jacket is always a leather jacket. This is mainly because it goes with pretty much any outfit and also grunge up/dress down particularly dressy/girly outfits, making it something perfect to wear day and night.
Leather can be quite pricy and they are not always the warmest jackets you can buy but are defiantly an investment piece. If it's a good fit and cut, it will be timeless and always in fashion whatever the 'trends' may be.
My favourite leather jacket is black from Lipsy which cost around £150 about 4 years ago and it is still going strong and no wear or tear at all, which I am very impressed by as I am always wearing it! This defiantly goes to show that if you are willing to pay more, you will defiantly get a better quality jacket that does last.
However, if you do want to follow the trends for this season and incorporate a leather jacket into this, then go for a pastel shade in biker style.

Topshop £185 Pink Biker (real leather) |
River Island £120 Pale Blue Biker (real leather) |
Of course, if you just want a leather jacket in black and don't want to pay out for a real leather jacket, then head to Miss Selfridge. They start from around £50.
