BBQ Vegetable Wrap With Schwartz

Hands down, I'm all about those easy recipes that are not only super quick to make, they also taste amazing while still being filling. These quick vegetable BBQ wraps are one of my go-to's for either lunch or tea and they taste even better using Schwartz Classic BBQ seasoning.

Now this recipe - if you can call it that! - only requires 5 ingredients and of course you can change out or add in any vegetables you want or even add in meat if that is what you prefer. The Schwartz Classic BBQ seasoning add such a gorgeous all-American flavour to the vegetables and a bit of spice as it does include paprika and the herbiness from the added parsley. To give it that classic BBQ flavour, the other main ingredient is onion alongside chilli powder, coriander and tomato to give an authentic taste. Although it does have the added spices, they aren't overpowering at all so it is still a seasoning that is suitable for the entire family including children.

While I used it to create these incredibly easy wraps, it can be used for a whole range of different dishes including a marinade for meat, sprinkled over chips or added into any other dish you feel like! The Schwartz website does have some recipe ideas if you're stuck on what to make which are all very easy to follow - if you haven't guessed by now, I'm all about easy to follow recipes!

- 1 pepper
- 1 red onion
- Half tin of sweetcorn
- Wraps
- Schwartz Classic BBQ seasoning (Available from Tesco)

- Cut the pepper and onion into strips and place onto a plate with half a tin of sweetcorn
- Sprinkle over Schwartz Classic BBQ seasoning and mix until all the vegetables are covered
- Fry the vegetables until cooked and just before they are done, place the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds
- All done and ready to eat!

So easy and quick to do but tastes incredible with the added BBQ seasoning and you can really make these wraps your own and add in whatever you want! Also, just use more vegetables/wraps if you're making it for more people.

Are you going to try this recipe and have you used Schwartz Classic BBQ seasoning before?
